We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery: Rs. 299
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000
Delivery Timeframe
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days
- Other cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
