We currently operate an exchange-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to exchange items under the conditions outlined below.
Why Exchange Only?
As a small Pakistani fashion brand, we carefully craft and quality-check every item before dispatch. We offer exchanges to ensure you always receive a product you love.
Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
How to Initiate
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only issued in cases where the item delivered is significantly different from what was ordered, or if the item is defective and no exchange stock is available.
